My client is a young irreverent lifestyle brand that brings together makeover and photography experiences for girls of ages 18 to 27. They are now looking for a Call Centre Manager to join their senior management team and help power growth through the business.
Managing and growing their 10 seat outbound call centre, the top level brief to the Call Centre Manager is to maximise on the leads produced by client referrals and promotions to produce a 100% increase in the number of daily bookings and booking fees.
KEY SKILLS
• Business to consumer telesalsales management background
• Experience of call centre metrics, outbound campaigns and driving a team to hit targets
• Leadership skills with the ability to work within a small business
