My client currently operates an outsourced call centre that has grown considerably. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their team in a newly created and challenging role.
Managing an inbound / outbound call centre of 7FTE thru 2. Also a key part of this position will be to develop the team through motivation and coaching to achieve and ensure high levels of service and customer satisfaction in this sales B2B environment.
KEY SKILLS
•3 + years Team Manager or supervisor role experience
•Proven experience of making a difference
•A very positive can-do attitude
