Key Skills / Experience Required:
Data Analysis – To analyse fully the breakdown of the effectiveness of calling data and take appropriate actions
Productivity MI Reporting – To analyse and take appropriate actions from a full suite of daily productivity reporting
Pre start Campaign checks and adjustments. Ensure the creation of agent logins, and optimal set up & configuration of campaigns
Ensure correct and Ofcom compliant pacing of campaigns at key stages to ensure maximum productivity
Role Profile:
This role is an integral part of the growth and development of the business, commitment, flexibility and adaptability will be required to a considerable degree to meet quality standards and work deadlines. In addition, flexibility is an essential requirement of the operation
Due to the nature of the business activity and the core hours of the operation it is an essential requirement that the job holder is able to work evenings and weekends, particularly during the crucial start up stages of collections team implementation.
