Job Purpose:
To manage all aspects of the Sales Centre's monthly Consultant and STM level bonus scheme. Ensures targets remain achievable yet stretching whilst also ensuring schemes remain fit-for-purpose to drive the realisation of business objectives.
Knowledge/Skills & Experience
Essential
• Three years experience of developing and delivering bonus schemes and targeting methodology within a fast paced Contact Centre sales environment.
• Line management; proven ability to manage, motivate and develop a small team of specialists.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to articulate to and influence all management levels.
• Effective planning and prioritisation skills; experience of owning the end-to-end scheme review process whilst effectively managing the pipeline of bonus queries and delivery of payroll instructions ahead of deadlines.
• Ensures the accurate and timely delivery of individual bonus statements which stimulate business performance.
• Excellent quality focus and attention to detail; ensures adequate controls are in place so that the integrity of bonus calculations remains in place.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the preparation of executive summaries using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Principal Accountabilities
• Manage and develop the Sales Centre's operational bonus scheme and targeting methodology
• Manage, motivate and develop a team of Business Analysts
• Cost Centre Management & Pay Reviews

Pension scheme - You are free to choose your own level of contribution (from a minimum of 2% of your basic salary), but unless you say otherwise, a contribution level of 4% will apply from when you join. Bonus - Bonus range is 0% to 20% dependant on the organisation meeting Profit Targets. On target 10%

Sharesave - Sharesave is designed to give colleagues the opportunity to save towards the purchase of shares through monthly salary deductions. It provides an option to buy shares in 3, 5 or 7 years' time at an option price set at the date of the grant; typically the market price is discounted.
Share kicker - Opportunity to invest part or all of short-term bonus in shares. To be retained for minimum of 3 years and shares matched in number by a further 50%.
