Key Skills / Experience Required:
A strong analytical mind and will be expected to employ innovative and conceptual thinking.
In-depth experience of Excel based forecasting is paramount to this role.
Essential
Proven background in analytical problem solving
Forecasting and Operational Modeling – preferably call volume forecasting skills
Good knowledge of Statistical techniques
Strong Data management skills
Advanced PC Skills and knowledge of software packages – Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel preferred
At least one year in Contact Centre Planning
Role Profile:
The role holder will be a key member of the Forecasting and Modeling Team responsible for demand impact modeling for Group contact centers and providing system and data solutions and support to the team.
Responsible for working closely with Demand Management managing the impact analysis of large scale campaigns possibly requiring bespoke modeling techniques and supporting the workflow between teams.
Actively challenging the processes and techniques governing the workflow between Forecasting and Modeling and Demand Management by identifying areas for improvement, communicating recommended resolutions and implementing these
