Initially this role will involve:
Learning about ramic and the values that differentiate it from its competition
Lead Generation activity for ramic clients
Lead Generation for ramic
Attending new business appointments with the Sales Director

Upon successful completion of the initial period, the role will evolve to include:
Attending new business opportunities alone and/or with Operations staff
Becoming dedicated to ramic new business only
Ultimately managing others
Responsibility for the quality of the client journey and client retention
Coaching, training and support of other staff
