Initially this role will involve:

1. Learning about ramic and the values that differentiate it from its competition
2. Lead Generation activity for ramic clients
3. Training, coaching and Mentoring Telemarketers
4. External (client) and Internal reporting
5. Attending new client briefinf meetings
6. Managing Telemarketing team
7. Other operational duties

Upon successful completion of the initial period, the role will evolve to include:

Becoming dedicated to items 3 to 7 above
Part responsibility for the quality of the client journey and client retention.
