Operations Manager ( Contact Centre / Call Centre / Back Office ), Salary to £45,000 - location NorthWest / Offshore
This is a superb opportunity to work for a leading financial services organisation with a truly global presence and ambitious plans for continued growth.
You will be responsible for the motivation, performance and results of a dedicated "back office " function, with 6 Team Leaders and around 70 staff in total.
The successful applicant will have a background in "back office" or contact / call centre management, with a proven track record of managing team performance towards achieving excellent results. You will be able to display a commitment to meeting client expectations, have a 'visible' management style and a knowledge of operational dynamics (s.l.a., people management, training, recruitment ). You will be keen to make an impact within the business and seek managerial responsibility within a 'high performance' culture.
This role will suit an ambitious, professional and positive individual who is looking to secure a long-term career within a leading corporate brand. The role is based in a U.K./ Offshore location, but, may involve some periodic travel to alternative operations in both the U.K. and abroad.
