Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Team Manager to pro-actively seek, improve and enhance performance and service at both team and department level.
A really exciting and challenging position, you will manage a team of Ad Execs, whilst motivating, training and coaching to ensure targets are achieved and maintained.
You also be heavily involved in recruiting, training, resourcing, scheduling, quality and project management.
Working shifts Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 7pm.
The succesful candidate MUST have at least 2 years experience in a Sales Team Manager role within a Call Centre environment and be aware of Call Centre technology and software.
A very hands on Team Manager position. You will really get involved with everything from start to finish.
