My client is one of the UK’s leading electrical retailers and has a bold vision for the future. On their behalf we are currently looking to source a customer care manager.
Managing and motivating a team of 2 Team Leaders and approximately 40FTE, you will ensure the achievement of objectives to drive forward customer service excellence. Using your excellent people skills to enthuse and lead your team leaders you will be able to adapt your managerial style in order to work in a constant changing environment.
KEY SKILLS
• 12+ months as a customer service contact centre manager
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm with the ability to adapt to change
• Must have experience of working in a fast paced contact centre environment
