My client is a global leader in their field and has a bold vision for the future. On their behalf, we are currently looking to resource an outstanding customer service call centre Section Manager.
Responsible for 70 FTE through 5 Team Managers you will be responsible for providing effective customer service, managing work performance, driving performance, supporting team managers, identifying and overcoming issues and improving customer service.
KEY SKILLS
• Proven people management experience
• A Successful track record of performance delivery
• A minimum of 3 years at management level
