My new media client operates a state-of-the-art 100+ seat call centre that offers customer service and sales support to both external customers and internal sales teams.
Leading a team of around 8, your role will be to ensure the delivery of professional, quality and timely best in class customer service. Implementing and monitoring targets and KPIs, you will be responsible for the full performance management cycle and proactively make recommendations to improve quality and customer care standards within the business.
flexible part-time hours available within Monday to Friday 8:30 to 18:00
KEY SKILLS
• 2 year’s customer service call centre management experience, including HR process
• Passion for customer service and change with the ability to drive results through people
• Good communication skills with an ability to plan and organise effectively
