Resource Planning Manager, MI Manager Yorkshire, East Yorkshire.
This is an opportunity for an established Resource Planning Manager /MI Manager to join this market leading, well recognised, established business to business organisation. Leading a small team of resource planners, the ability to manage and inspire these technically focussed individuals to deliver effective resource planning and people management across the contact centre operations will be critical.
Working as an integral part of the management team, the role will be responsible for the production of accurate workload forecasts, planning effective shift schedules and recommending solutions for call routing/workflow including long and short term planning. Working closely with the contact centre managers to identify and recommend solutions that help deliver continuous improvements to working practices. Designing, developing and implementing proposed solutions and interpreting accurate time management information.
Previous experience within a resource planning position, coupled with the ability to or experience of managing a team within a call centre environment will be required.
