Customer Service Manager / Depot Operations Controller / Operations Manager, West Yorkshire, Salary £25000 - £32,000 + bonus ( circa 4K )
This is an opportunity for an experienced manager to join a rapidly growing, extremely successful business within the hire, construction and facilities management market and play a pivotal role in their continued expansion.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the depot team and for delivery on key business objectives. You will endeavour to provide a high quality, customer focused approach at all times and to provide commercial support for a wide range of customers and regional staff in the development of new and existing business.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable commitment to the provision of excellent customer service and strong commercial acumen from a customer service / operations management background. They will also have a ‘visible’ leadership style, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business and to motivate their team towards continued success.
