Due to an increase in business we are seeking talented and experienced Contact Centre Team Leaders.
THE ROLE
You will be responsible for coaching and leading a team of up to 25 customer service and sales staff, handling enquir¬ies across a range of different access channels. You will lead from the front, monitor and deliver the targets and identify skills gaps for the team and take the required action to ensure that the team members can delivery our high service standards.
THE PERSON
You will be well educated and have a contact / call centre background, ideally in a Team Leader / Supervisor role. You will be a natural leader who love’s working with others to realise their potential and thrives on the challenges that working for a customer-focused company provides. You will have finely tuned communication and inter-personal skills and you will be an astute problem solver.
There is a range of shifts available between 20 – 30 hours working one in four weekends, evening rota, a four-day week and some daytime shifts.
