THE COMPANY
My client, a market leader in their field, requires a proven high achieving Outbound Sales Team Manager to assist with the continuous growth of a successful operation.

You will be used to managing an Outbound Sales Team against daily, weekly and monthly targets in a fast paced and tough environment. You must also have a strong background in achieving and over achieving against sales targets.

To be considered for this role you must have a proven ability within an Outbound Telesales environment, preferably B2B.

THE ROLE
Key Accountabilities of the role include;

• Managing a team of 7+ Outbound Telesales agents, against daily, weekly and monthly targets

• Analysis of sales results to develop the performance of the team

• To motivate and mentor your team to progress and over achieve on targets

• The further recruitment and development of new team members

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• To be considered for this position you must have experience of managing an Outbound Telesales Team. Individuals who have managed a team in a B2B environment will be preferred.

• You will be able to show a history of achieving and over achieving against sales targets

• You will have experience of analysing sales data and results to improve the performance of your team
