Job Title: INTERIM Call Centre Operations Manager, Belfast
Job Location: Belfast
Salary £50- 60,000 + benefits (pro rata) 6month contract possibly extended by extra 2 months.
To support site development this organisation has a need for a high quality interim site manager to oversee the performance of the Belfast call centre whilst the existing Head of Call Centre designs and delivers the growth plan for the site.
The interim manager will be responsible for the site performance for 6 months with the option to extend to 8 months should this be required. The interim manager will support the development of the site growth plan and the delivery of the attrition improvement plan. The interim will have strong leadership and coaching skills to develop the capability of the management team at the site.
Role:
To lead the Belfast Call Centre operation to achieve the agreed business plan including new business sales; associated income and budget through strong people development and operational objectives.
To oversee the site and its effective function in all respect whilst establishing a strong managerial culture with high professional standards.
To act as a role model in good management and leadership practices to fast track the changes needed within the environment and create a culture where people want to join and stay.
Accountabilities:
To deliver the agreed commercial performance in each measured department and achieve the key SLAs and targets for the Centre.
Management of operational efficiency within budget.
Responsible for people development, motivation, leadership and coaching within the Belfast site.
Proactively manage performance, using the agreed performance management processes, to ensure all targets are met or exceeded and that overall performance is improved.
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced professional leader with the gravitas to work at a senior level, strong sales management skills with exposure to outbound telemarketing environments. Experience of a financial services environment would be beneficial.
