THE COMPANY
My client, a market leader in their field, requires an assertive and dynamic Outbound Telesales Team Manager within a B2B environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive company who has plans to further expand over the next 12 months.

To be considered for this position you will come from a proven sales background within a call centre environment. You will have a strong ability to coach and develop individuals to meet targets and improve conversion rates.

THE ROLE
Key Accountabilities of the role include;

• To build, develop, coach and lead a customer focused sales team to deliver a best in class service and exceed measures in line with business objectives

• Proactively and regularly carry out performance reviews in line with set guidelines

• Analyse management information in order to identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement

• To encourage a solid customer first culture based on company values

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• You must have a strong background in the management of sales teams within the call centre industry – preferably in outbound sales

• An excellent ability to coach and develop individuals and teams

• You must have experience and proof of achieving and over achieving targets on a regular basis
