THE COMPANY

Our client is a highly successful Medical Organisation who have over 30 years experience within this specialist arena. We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee and lead a Sales Team. The successful candidate will have proven Team Leader experience and enjoy motivating a target-driven team.

THE ROLE

• You will be required to motivate a target driven team of 10 Inbound & Outbound Sales Advisors to achieve daily key performance indicators

• Lead by example, spend 50% of your time Performance managing the sales team by coaching, developing, training them to achieve sales targets set and the other 50% on the phones driving the team forward showing passion and enthusiasm as the natural leader

• Accountable for driving performance and results through effective leadership and consistently demonstrating a ‘will do’ and ‘can do’ attitude

• Be an expert within the Sales field and ensure that every detail is considered, supported and managed with excellence

• To identify underperformance and implement action plans

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Must have previous sales and service management experience in leading a team to exceed expectations through coaching and training techniques

• You must be willing to take a “Hands-on” approach and lead from the front in this environment

• Proven Leadership skills are a must, including the ability to build and lead high performing and empowered teams with a strong customer focus

• Previous experience of working in a fast paced / call centre environment is essential

• You must be able to inspire & enthuse a team and also be able to persuade and influence when working under pressure

• The ideal candidate must have resilience & patience to work in a pressurised environment

Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week on a slight Shift Rota, which will involve some weekend work (approximately 3 weekends out of 8)

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

• Basic Salary of upto £22k Per Annum
• OTE – £25k-£26k
• Flexible Shift Pattern
