You will lead, motivate and develop a contact centre team to provide an efficient, professional, friendly and high quality standard of service
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead, develop, support and motivate the Sales & Service team to achieve and exceed agreed targets designated disciplines across telephone servicing, new business sales, renewals, First Notification of Loss (FNOL), cross-sales, Customer retention, internet/paper correspondence, contact centre productivity, volume and conversion targets.
•Respond flexibly to customer needs and take responsibility for the resolution of customer enquiries or concerns in accordance with agreed guidelines and procedures
•Responsibility for the Team and self to comply on an ongoing basis with any legal, regulatory and industry body codes of practice.
•Identifying and addressing development needs of Team members in order to achieve personal and business goals and address these through role progression and personal development frameworks;
•Support other Operational teams in achieving agreed targets through the handling of overflow activity during peak periods according to business need.
Key Skills / Experience required:
•Proven ability to personally deliver constantly high standards of quality in a Sales/Customer Service delivery environment;
•Enjoyment and experience of working to quality and productive targets and achieving these;
•Experience of working in a contact centre and an understanding of how to manage teams well in this environment
•Ability to learn and retain product and procedural information on an ongoing basis;
•Ability to navigate around computer applications effectively, preferably around Microsoft Windows;
•Business Processes knowledge
•Experience of providing successful coaching and feedback
