Company / Role Overview:
We are looking for an exciting and creative candidate that can enthuse and motivate staff through means of incentives. A candidate that has the ability to get BUY IN from team leaders and more importantly agents. Other fantastic responsibilities include arranging events such as summer ball and Christmas events…………the list goes on!!!
Key Responsibilities:
•To liaise with employees to collate a diverse range of ideas for social events for all employees.
•To create a 12 month plan of monthly social events, coordinating and implementing the plan
•To communicate and publicise events to ensure take up.
•To assist the Executive PA in the coordination of all major staff events including Christmas Party’s
•To design and implement a 12 month incentives plan to drive business and ensure the achievement of targets
•To work with the team leaders to ensure each incentive is promoted and driven.
•To take part in designing new incentive tools into the department – visual aids, employee of the month etc
•To introduce regular activities on to the floor to maintain motivation and create a positive working environment.
•Assist HR with implementing benefits that feed into the retention strategy moving forward
•To coordinate monthly company newsletter for the contact centre
Key Skills / Experience required:
•Previous exposure of working within a fast paced call centre environment and events organisation.
•Previous knowledge of introducing incentives is preferable
•Negotiation, organisation and presentation skills
•Positive attitude
•Ability to work autonomously
•Self motivated, driven and charismatic
