Sales Trainer / Contact Centre Sales Specialist, Worcestershire, Six month contract, possibilty to go permanent thereafter, salary £20,000-£30,000 pro-rata, (dependant upon experience)
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced telephony sales trainer / contact centre sales specialist to make a real difference to sales based activity and revenue generation within the contact centre operation of a leading, highly successful brand. This is a pivotal role within the business and there is a very strong possibility of a permanent post after successful completion of an initial contract.
Reporting directly to the Contact Centre Manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales training to an existing contact centre team. Specific duties will include the the design and delivery of training and coaching plans to agents and team leaders; including upsell / cross-sell of exsiting product lines and to promote sales activity across new products / services sold via the telephony operation.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of success within a telesales / contact centre environment, from either a dedicated sales training or operational sales capacity.
