Job Description:
The Company

My client, a well established brand within its market place is looking for an experienced individual to lead the implementation of it’s new cutting edge CRM system across its contact centre functions (perfect software will be Oracle CRM). This is a crucial phase of its longer-term strategy and is looking for a talented individual lead them through this vital stage in their business cycle.

This is a remarkable opportunity to work for a “Times Top 100 Company” with the exposure to the latest CRM technology.

This role will be an 18-month to 2 year fixed term contract with the possibility of going permanent should both parties deem so. This will be decided in the initial stages of the process.

The Role – Key Accountabilities

• To be the point of contact for the management of the CRM project
• To manage team members to deliver to the CRM to its maximum potential
• Manage the team and system virtually across its contact centres
• To support in the planning of the release scope
• To support in the design of end state processes
• Logistical responsibility of the project across the contact centres
• To work alongside team members in helping them become “super users”
• Support in business transition in all aspects of project delivery
• To encourage business to accept Oracle product where ever possible

Knowledge & Experience

• Proven experience in delivering a CRM implementation across its contact centre (Oracle CRM implementation will be clear advantage)
• An operational background within a contact centre (customer service, telesales, account management)
• A track record on delivering projects within timelines and guides agreed
• A extensive knowledge of change management processes across its people and processes
• Understanding of project methodologies and utilising this In the role out of software implementation

Package

Salary up to £60,000 depending on experience
Bonus 15% per annum
Pension 15% employer contributions

28 days holiday
