Job Title: Customer Care Team Leader, East Yorkshire
Salary: £16-21,000
Customer Care Team Leader £16-21,000 basic, East Yorkshire. 1/4ly bonus, benefits.
Working with, managing, developing and coaching a team providing the companies Customer Care first line function. A high quality focus will be at the core of what you do and a desire to deliver exceptional first line customer care. The ability to manage, develop and coach the Customer Care Agents in building rapport and understanding key business areas, product offerings and possible customer issues, so they can efficiently and effectively deal with or correctly route all types of customer calls will be paramount.
The role of Team Leader will be hands on and take full responsibility and autonomy for 121's, reviews, SLA's and will have a strategic input into any improvements within the Customer Care team.
