Managing a team of 50 FTE through 5 assistant managers, your emphasis will be on delivering customer service excellence whilst managing the correspondence and complaints teams.

My client is a world leading investment organisation and manages over $260 billion globally on behalf of major corporate organisations and private investors. The Senior Customer Relations Manager will be key to the delivery of their Customer Services Strategy.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
• Experience of managing managers within Correspondence and Complaints function (min 35 FTE)
• Financial services contact centre candidate with knowledge of the FSA
• Strong Customer Services experience including issue resolution and escalation
• Self-motivated and highly driven with a professional outlook.
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
• Ability to adapt within a changing customer service environment
• Capable presenter and communicator to large groups of people
• Business and team focused
ROLE INFORMATION:
The Customer Relations team is a client facing team which deals with all incoming queries received by email, post as well as those transferred from other Customer Services and Operations groups. The work can include anything from basic information requests, product performance questions, to FSA reportable complaints and complex queries.
