COMPANY INFORMATION
My client is an international media group who is transforming the way they operate. As part of a $1bn UK investment programme they are setting up their first call centre in support of their advertising clients which will be the model that will revolutionise the way they do business. This is an opportunity to influence the customer service strategy of one of the biggest names in media.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
• Call Centre / contact centre performance and people management skills
• Process driven with the ability to drive, implement and maintain KPIs
• Work to tight deadlines in a demanding customer service / support environment
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING
• Ability to affect and enforce behavioural and environmental change
• Process driven but with the charisma to inspire and lead the team
• Experience with ACDs, call routing and CRM
ROLE INFOMRMATION
• Manage Team Leader(s) and up to 24 FTE in an inbound and outbound customer support environment
• Monitor individual targets and support the advisors to resolve queries
• Multi skill agents to work across industry sector to minimise headcount
• Liaise with Head of advert processing & Head of Sales to develop working practices, training manuals and scripts
• Drive teams to work to chase customers in order to meet tight print deadlines
• Manage stakeholders during the ‘bedding in’ period of this new contact centre
• Develop a culture that is independent of the rest of the business
