My client is one of the UK’s leading electrical retailers and has a bold vision for the future. On their behalf we are currently looking to resource a client services team manager.
Managing and motivating a team of 20 you will ensure the achievement of KPI’s and objectives to drive forward client service excellence. Using your excellent people skills to enthuse and lead your team you will be able to adapt your managerial style in order to work in a constant changing environment.
KEY SKILLS
12+ months as a customer service contact centre Team Leader/Manager.
Energy, drive and enthusiasm with the ability to adapt to change.
Must have experience of working in a fast paced contact centre environment.
Excellent organisational skills.
