COMPANY INFORMATION:
This is an exciting new opportunity to join an existing outbound team within a large UK based business to business supplier. On their behalf we are currently looking to resource a customer sales development manager, you will ensure the achievement of targets and kpi’s.
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
You will be responsible for leading and motivating a customer focused team of 12 FTE ensuring a first class service to its customers. You will also have full responsibility for forecasting, staff performance, support and recruitment within your department whilst deputising for the business Manager on all sales related matters.
IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
5 years plus supervisory experience within a sales related role.
Experience managing resource planning, training and coaching of team members.
Hands on with a can-do attitude but with the ability to strategically develop the centre.
