My client is part of one of the world’s largest electrical retailers. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Resource Planner and MI Manager to demonstrate a good and sound understanding of all contact centre drivers, statistics and systems.
Working closely with the Logistics Manager and your team of 6 analysts you will need to ensure effective resource forecasting, scheduling, budget planning and produce operational rosters for c550 staff. Forecasting all overtime requirements whilst minimising schedule inflexibility and maximising productivity.
KEY SKILLS
• 1 + year Resource Planning + MI analyst management experience.
• Highly numerate and analytical with advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
• You must be very organised and self-motivated with strong influencing skills
