Credit Risk Manager, Credit Risk Analyst Manager.
This is a new opportunity and position within a progressive financial services organisation with ambitious plans for growth over the coming years. The Manager of Credit Risk Analytics will look to drive analytical rigour into the business to support profitable business growth. In particular :
To build, develop and monitor effective scorecards / models to support credit risk and marketing strategies.
To develop best in class ‘through the lifecycle’ credit risk MI.
To deliver timely analytics to support business decision making.
To develop the business data strategy including analytics database and data mining tools.
To build and lead an analytics team
The successful candidate will require:
A knowledge of statistical modelling tools and data mining and manipulation techniques, preferably SAS, SQL or Enterprise miner and or other model building tools.
Sound knowledge of credit risk.
Ability to communicate complex analytics to senior executives ( bringing data to life).
Experience of managing a team of analysts.
Good relationship building skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Strong personal time management and project management skills.
