My client is a global leader in their field and has a bold vision for the future. On their behalf, we are currently looking to resource a number of outstanding sales call centre Team Managers.
Responsible for 10 – 15 FTE you will lead, manage and motivate the team to ensure objectives are achieved and the performance of individuals within the team are maximised.
KEY SKILLS
• 12+ months as a sales call centre Team Leader/Manager
• Energy, drive and enthusiasm with the ability to ‘roll up your sleeves’ and get things done
• An understanding of call centre systems, processes and policies

If you refer-a-friend or someone you have previously worked with who is successfully placed in this role we will pay you £350. All you need to do is make sure the candidate tells us that you have referred them; refer more than one person and receive more than one referral fee!
