Our client (a prestigious seller of white good products in Bolton) is now looking for a Sales Team Leader, with a proven track record working within an outbound sales, target driven environment. You will be sales focused and posses the ability to manage and motivate your sales team through effective coaching and performance management, ensuring they achieve KPI's and targets. You will be required to work flexible shifts between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday, and 9am and 8pm Saturday and Sundays. The successful candidate MUST have an existing, proven track record as a Team Manager in an outbound sales environment.
