Our client is looking for an experienced Team Manager to manage and coach a team of customer service advisors.
Improving customer satisfaction and ensuring new and existing customer loyalty and brand confidence.
Reporting to an Assistant Call Centre Manager, your responsibilities will include: Monitor, manage and maintain high SVL's and ensure KPI's are being achieved.
Act as duty manager. Generate and communicate monthly statistical and operational reports. Performance management, Disciplinary procedures and attendance management. Schedule adherence. Build and maintain a positive working culture.
Hours of work: 5pm - 10pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 7pm Saturday and Sunday, every alternate week end (20 hours per week).
