Job Title: Team Manager – Customer Management Centre
Outbound sales activity
Based: maia consulting company limited’s UK offices
Position Reports to: Operations Manager
Job Purpose: To manage the day to day delivery of required results on customer management client projects through leading, developing, motivating and coaching a team of Telesales agents.
Role: Manage and lead sales teams to achieve required volume of sales each week. Manage and coach existing team seniors. Work closely with Ops Manager to create sales plans for forthcoming weeks. Act as first contact point for clients.
Working Hours: Monday-Thursday 12-8pm
Friday 11-7pm
Occasional Saturday 11-5pm
