Monday to Friday ONLY!! This financial services company have recently been through a major reorganisation following a merged contact centre which has resulted in an agressive recruitment drive for both Call Centre Agents and Team Leaders. You will be an experienced man-manager and used to dealing with motivation of a team and handling difficult staff situations. In addition, you'll manage all day to day on the job training but still retain responsibility for dealing with difficult clients/escalated calls.
