Assessment & Testing Sessions:
- Thursday 21st August 2008
- Friday 22nd August 2008
• Do you want to be part of a team?
• Do you possess excellent commmunication skills?
• Can you solve problems and work under pressure?
• Are you able to use a computer and type 30 words per minute?
If so, you could soon be working in the Police Communication Centre at the OCC.
You can earn circa £23,000 per annum after initial training (or pro rata for part-time
hours). You will be required to work shifts covering a rolling shift pattern within a 24/7
environment. We are recruiting now for current and future anticipated vacancies.
To find out more, come along to one of our open days and meet Police Communication Centre Officers who will be available to share their experiences of all roles within the Communication Centre. Senior Managers, Trainers and HR Advisors will also be on hand for advice, guidance and further information.
If you wish to proceed then you will be invited to participate in an assessment.
The assessment will consist of test sessions which include typing speed and
accuracy test, verbal reasoning test and a listening & recall test. This test session
will last approximately 3 hours.
