The Company
This is an exciting opportunity to join this leading organisation who are setting up a brand new contact centre. You will be responsible for driving the people and business strategy through your operation, with responsibility for driving results through creating and maintaining a performance culture delivering a simple reliable and person service.
You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing department al strategy with ownership for project deliverables and operational leadership and management for a site.
The Role
• Design, develop and implementation of the departmental strategy
• Define excellent in customer experience and create the culture to make this a reality
• Determine budgetary requirement for you area and ensure suitable controls are met
• Develop close working relationships with key business stakeholders
• Coaching and Developing Managers
• Drive best practice
Knowledge & Experience
• Proven experience in a sales contact centre
• Experience of leading projects and programs
• Experience of organising a sales environment
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement process
• Managed operations of 300 FTE
• Preferably some outbound sales experience (not essential at this stage)
