International Customer Services Manager, Contact Centre, Client Support - Inbound - Salary to £30,000 plus bonus, bens, location offshore.
This is an opportunity for established, performance driven individual. Reporting to the Operations Manager within a global financial services organisation who provide a wide range of services and products to their clients world wide.
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of your team towards meeting international client expectations (approx 10-12 FTE). You will have effective motivational and leadership skills and be confident in managing team performance towards exceptional customer service delivery and compliance, quality and sales targets.
The successful applicant will have supervisory / management experience from within contact centre – call centre environment, be passionate about customer service and be able to demonstrate evidence of delivery against objectives.
