The Company
An excellent opportunity to join this leading organisation based in the East Midlands. Our client is looking to recruit a MI Manager to deliver new requirements for the production of MIS analysis to agreed deadlines.
The Role
Key accountabilities of the role include:
To deliver daily operational Management Information accurately and distributed to user in line with agreed timescales to ensure effective long term business strategies are being met.
• To manage the design, development and provision of all Management Information for the company.
• To lead, develop and train a team of MI Analysts to maximise potential and ensure a high quality of output in an effective and timely manner.
• To be the main business contact in input data integrity, process management and ensuring all deadlines and reporting requirements are met to agreed quality standards
• The developments of a working relationship with key stakeholders to ensure all reporting requirements are being met.
• The production of regular MI is produced within agreed timescales
• Management of team performance through the annual appraisal process
• The development of objective(s) for each team member, including capability and skill base.
• Ensure all business related information is cascaded in a timely manner.
Knowledge and Experience
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel and Access skills. (VBA)
• A general understanding of data warehousing, storage procedures and reporting techniques (desirable but not essential)
• Good working knowledge of report design packages (Crystal reports etc)
• Ability to work under pressure and to use your own initiative to identify change opportunities.
• Knowledge of contact centre technologies ( Workforce planning software)
• Good communicator both verbally and written.
