Our client is a well known Contact CentreTraining Consultancy headquartered in London. They are looking to add a senior L&D specialist to their team to develop their product range as well as deliver on Consultancy assignments. Key responsibilities include design and development of e-learning tools, LMS implementation and running and leading product development strategy. You will also be responsible for accreditation and knowledge management and sharing. The successful candidate will also lead and manage Consultancy assignments and potentially have a client retention target. We are looking for an industry champion with first rate presentation and administrative skills.
