Interesting and diverse opportunity to join a large, market leading brand in a specialist role supporting the growth & re-deployment of people across multi-sites throughout the UK.
This role will involve the forecasting and pre-planning of contact centre resources across multiple sites / properties both existing and new to ensure that required resource is planned and managed effectively
The focus of this role is upon the management & interpretation of data This includes;
• Management of key property supplier relationships, including lease managers & space planners
• Maintenance of the data held in The Property Team’s applications that provide information required to effectively manage the portfolio
• Develop and maintain property Risk Register
• Production and maintenance of all property & accommodation related reports to enable better informed and more consistent management decision-making.
Skills & Experience Required:
Analytical Skills - Strong ability to work with, analyse and interpret large volumes of data/information, and to relay a summary of the data / information. Along with the ability to understand the risks associated with the accuracy of the data / information Strong excel skills required, plus the ability to use other tools developed (ie VCAMS and DASS) – Training will be provided on both.
Experience of forecasting large numbers within a contact centre environment
At least 12 months Knowledge / Experience of Contact Centres. Understanding of business drivers and KPIs.
Communication Skills - Able to communicate with Managers at all levels and have the ability to present issues / opportunities in a clear and concise manner, via the most appropriate media
Organisational Skills - Ability to organise self and others
Time Management - Must be adept in the management of own time. Will be proficient in accurately prioritising workload.
Team Working Skills - Must be able to work within a team (virtual or internal), understanding own and other’s contributions – and respecting other’s views / opinions
Good Relationship Management - Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts
Good PC Skills - Competent in the use of all applications within MS Office
Good Report Writing Skills - Ability to produce clear and concise reports / presentation packs
Package:
£20k - £30k DOE + Annual Bonus based on Company and Personal Objectives – up to 7.5% of salary + Staff Healthcare plan + Pension: 3-5% with Company matching Employee contribution
