Do you have proven skills of managing a team? Would you like to further your career in people management? If so, our client currently has vacancies for Team Managers at their Bolton site.
The role will involve managing a telephone/administrational team of up to 15 customer service advisors within a Call Centre environment.
You will responsible for distributing the workload across the team and work in conjunction with other Team Managers in all aspects of ensuring the department is running efficiently.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of: performance management, team meetings, reviews, coaching and managing a team of 15 customer service advisors.
You must be flexible with working patterns, as the opening hours are 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 5pm on Saturdays. Shifts are set between these times and involve 1 in 3 or 4 week ends.
