As a supplier of domestic lighting to the UK high street, our client has contracts with European manufacturers and distribution companies.
They are currently recruiting for a multilingual customer service advisor to ensure delivery of excellent customer service is provided to their international suppliers. You will play a pivotal role in helping this family run business achieve their objectives.
The role will involve: providing support to field based Business Development Managers, providing price quotations, chasing, processing and progressing orders throughout the supply chain, and liaising with internal departments to ensure on time delivery.
The successful candidate MUST be Fluent in German and another European language.
You will also have experience of working in a busy international office, knowledge of supplying to EU and non-EU countries and providing price quotations.
Computer literate, with excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative, are all essential for this role.
