THE COMPANY

My client is the leading UK operator in their field and setting up a brand new flag ship operation. They are currently looking for a Sales Trainer to add to their existing training team based out of Leeds. The Sales Training team work alongside customers and colleagues to deliver high quality training services to achieve excellence.

THE ROLE

As sales trainer you will work within the sales development team, the sales development teams are responsible for working closely with sales customer facing teams.

• Training all new inductees & all existing advisors and contact centre leader

• Developing the existing training material

• Facilitating training programmes to all existing Contact Centre employees and outsource partners.

• Delivering Induction programme to all new starters.

• Support delivery of training programmes created by People Development.

• Provide extra assistance to Contact Centre when needed

• Maintain validity and effectiveness of training material.

• Assist in designing training material, recommending and implementing improvements.

• Take responsibility for Health & safety in the workplace, identifying and escalating any risks immediately.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Solid background in classroom based training

• CITP or similar preferred

• Would preferably have worked within a Sales and / or Contact Centre

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• The ability to identify key customers and meet their needs

• Punctuality and conducting yourself in a professional manner will be at the forefront of your mind

• Must be enthusiastic, flexible and have a passion for Training and Development.
