Job Description:
Role: MI Analyst
Location: Leeds

Role Purpose
To analyse management information to provide an explanation of historical performance and trends and make recommendations to the business to improve efficiency. Across Sales and Service, Claims, Channel management and Business Services
Key Deliverables
Accurate, timely and value-add analysis of historical data and trends within Sales and Claims operations
Provide recommendations to maximise efficiency of the contact centres and sales performance
Quantifying cost centre variances (positive & negative) through detailed impact analysis.
Challenging business decisions through impact analysis.
Change management - measured through adherence to project management delivery targets.
Proactive delivery of analyses to support key business projects
Key Responsibilities
Interrogating data sources using statistical tools to provide analysis and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
Involved in generating, developing and reviewing performance reports to ensure information is valuable to the business.
Using the correct communication methods to ensure our clients are getting the best value from the data provided.
Develop self in order to maximise personal contribution to the job.
To carry out any other duties that may impact upon the main duties and responsibilities of this
role.
Focus on costs, process improvements and/or efficiency to contribute to the profitability.

Experience
Verbal & Numeric Reasoning Skills
Previous experience of Excel and analysis
