Company / Role Overview
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, your role will be to develop and implement a set of predominately capital improvement projects within a regulated environment. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate an impeccable track record in the delivery of full lifecycle of projects, under the constraints of challenging commercial arrangements and timeframes.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Activities:
• Ownership of the capital tracking plan – ensuring timely delivery within budget
• Finance management/ Awareness
• Risk and benefits analysis for each project including review following implementation
• Project planning, management and delivery
• Facilitation and set up of project teams including roles as project leader and support
• Identification of further process improvements, costings, benefits and support in business cases
• Input and collation of capital plan for next 2-5 years
• Communicating to Managers and Senior Managers on progress to date
• Change control process development and implementation
Key Skills / Experience required:
Essential Skills:
• Project management experience
• MS Office proficient
• Communication skills including stakeholder management, presentation skills, verbal and written communication
• Team working approach
Preferred skills:
• Understanding of contact centres, billing systems and collections processes
