THE COMPANY
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established and excellent branded organisation in the multi-media industry. As the business are now moving into a new growth area an exciting opportunity has arisen to be involved in retaining customers in an extremely competitive market
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for showing your team how to keep customers loyal to the organisation. This could be by offering incentives or simply more information about the services, whatever suits them best, the goal being to retain customers in the most profitable manner
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• Sales or Retention Experience
• Call Centre experience in a leadership capacity
• Extremely enthusiastic
• Passionate and energetic
• Inspirational leadership skills to reach targets and deal with any customer objection
• Coaching and development to ensure your teams success
You’ll work side by side with the Customer Management Team, keeping them informed as to which customer offers and incentives are most popular, looking to improve and suggest others.
REMUNERATION AND PACKAGE DETAILS
• Paying up to £23,000
