THE COMPANY
A fantastic and challenging opportunity has arisen with one our prestigious clients for an experienced Account Manager. The purpose of the role will be to proactively manage, retain and develop long-term business relationships with their clients in order to produce a seamless service.
This newly created role will be tasked with establishing key client relationships in order to drive greater performance standards, identify additional revenue, increase client satisfaction levels in a more formal and channelled approach.
THE ROLE
The main purpose of this opportunity is to be extremely focused on the Clients needs and being fully aware of the outbound operation
• Lead in the development of long term telemarketing strategies on behalf of the client in consultation with Account Director.
• Be the main point of contact between the client and the organisation on a day to day basis.
• Strategically manage the relationship between the company and its clients to ensure mutual business growth.
• Develop, direct and manage telephone campaigns and related project activity on designated accounts.
• Write and produce creative materials including scripts, pre-call letters, donation forms and follow-up letters.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of three year’s experience in direct marketing, preferably within the Call Centre environment (preferably Client Servicing).
• A good understanding of all direct marketing techniques including direct marketing, databases and telemarketing.
• Experience of managing staff and motivating teams – specifically project management experience.
• A proven track record in Client Management/Servicing

Basic salary up to £30,000
