THE COMPANY
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of market leading businesses in their field. The successful candidate will be tasked with ensuring schedule efficiency across a multisite operation whilst supporting the development of a team of scheduling analysts.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities of the role include;
1) Management of a team of scheduling specialists to ensure succession plans are in place.
2) Design and delivery of best fit attendance patterns within budgeted headcount through recruitment plans and flexible working arrangements.
3) Work in partnership with the Business Planning area to produce medium term forecasting requirements.
4) Ensure all pre-planned scheduled activity is input into the Workforce Management tool.
5) Implementation of processes to track all impact of all pre-planned shrinkage elements highlighting risks and issues.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• Previous experience having worked in a Contact Contact Centre Environment.
• Excellent knowledge and experience around scheduling efficiencies.
• Experience preferably in a multisite operation.
• First Class communication ability to enable effective stakeholder management.
• Experience of workforce management tools.
• Proven analytical track record.
