THE COMPANY
This is a fantastic opportunity to join highly renowned market leading business, in the capacity of Business Planning Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the long term planning and maintenance of Resource Planning Models up to a projected five year period.
THE ROLE
Key responsibilities of the role include:
1) Modeling of long term resource requirements to ensure resource strategy aligns with cost modelling.
2) Model future staffing requirements by business area and feed back into budget process.
3) Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders (i’e marketing, finance and operations)
4) Work closely with system managers to ensure technology impacts are fully modeled.
5) Keep abreast of industry developments with regards to technology, business modelling concepts and contact centre resource management developments.
6) Work closely with other members of the Planning and MI team to ensure continuous process improvement.
7) Forecast desk capacity for required business areas and system performance impact.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• Extensive knowledge of having worked in a Contact centre Planning environment
• First class relationship management and communication skills.
• Previous experience in modelling and long term planning
• Experience in a multi site environment
• Knowledge of contact centre planning technologies
